We understand that some of this printing stuff gets pretty confusing. CatPrint makes high quality, affordable printing easy. In order to try to cut back on job processing errors, here's a list of frequently asked questions that our customers have. "What is CatPrint's minimum order size?"
CatPrint has no order minimum. Your order may be for as many or as few prints as you need. Whether it's 500 prints or just 1, CatPrint is happy to help.
"When will I receive my prints?"
CatPrint offers guaranteed delivery dates, with various shipping speeds. Our standard shipping speed is 7 business days. We also have expedited shipping available ranging from 5-day to next-day delivery. When choosing a shipping speed, you are given a guaranteed delivery date on which will you receive your order.
"I don't see my document size listed, can I print something with a custom size?"
Yes. To order custom sized prints, click on "Job Type" (on the ordering page) and enter your custom dimensions in the space provided for width and height at the top of the page.
"Which paper stock should I use for my job?"
If you're unsure of which kind or paper you'd like to use for your order, we will be happy to mail you a sample booklet which contains every stock that we carry! You can then use this booklet to make your decision on which stock you should use. To view a list of all of our stocks, as well as descriptions of each of them, simply click "Paper Type" on the job order site.
"Do I have to create a CatPrint account?"
Not if you don't want to. Although every CatPrint customer has the option of conveniently saving their shipping address and billing information on our secure servers, this is not mandatory. If you would prefer to enter your information every time, that option is also available.
"What if I have a problem with my order?"

"Can I receive an online proof of my print before ordering?"
Yes - If you would like us to send you an online proof of your prints to ensure that they look exactly how you want them to, simply indicate that in the "Comments" section on the right side of the ordering page. We will not print your full job until you have approved the online proof.
"Can I receive a hard-copy proof of my print before ordering?"
Absolutely. If you'd like to take advantage of this service, simply check the "free hard-copy proof" option on the checkout page. To view our full policy on hard copy proofs, please click here.
"How do I approve or make changes to my hard-copy/online proof?"
To approve or make changes to your proofs, simply contact us by phone or email. Be sure to reference your order number.
"What is full bleed printing?"
"Full bleed" is a printing term that refers to printing that actually goes beyond the edge of the sheet before trimming, to ensure that your print will have color which runs all the way to the edges of your prints. "How can I blind ship my order, and what does that mean?"
To blind ship your order, all you have to do is type in the words "blind ship" in the shipping instructions box on the checkout page. Your billling address will be put as the return address and there will be no CatPrint receipts, logos or information included in/on your package.
"Where can I find free PDF converters on the web?"
For PCs, try either www.PDF995.com or www.cutePDF.com.
For Macs running OS X, PDF conversion is built in. Just "print" your document and select the "save as" PDF option.
