Box Printing

CatPrint Boxes come in 3 varieties:

  • Rectangular boxes with a quick lock bottom, and a flap top. Any size 4" X 4" X 4" and smaller.
  • Rectangular boxes with flap top and bottom. Any size 4" X 4" X 4" and smaller.
  • Pillow boxes. 4" X 12" or smaller
Catprint Boxes are shipped flat, and assembly takes about 15 seconds. Depending on the box design you will need to insert the tabs to lock the side, and/or close the bottom tabs.

Boxes are printed on heavy card stock (300+ GSM / 100 # card stock or heavier).

Standard price includes full bleed, four color printing on the outside of the box.

Prices:
1 - 100 boxes: $20 + $3.00 / box
101 - 500 boxes: $170 + $1.50 / box
501 - 1000 boxes: $545 + $0.75 / box
1001 + boxes: $895 + $0.40 / box

Example 200 boxes would be $170 + 200 X $ 1.50 = $470 (or $2.35 / box).

You may supply multiple print designs (for the same box size), pricing applies to the total quantity printed for all designs.

Order Process
1) Place your order by phoning 1-877-228-7768. We accept all major credit cards
2) You will receive an order confirmation via email.
3) Within 1 business day we will send you a PDF template showing scores and cuts for your artist to work with.
4) You will then send us a PDF (via email, ftp upload, or upload to our contact us page) of your artwork laid out to match the template.
5) Your boxes will be printed, cut and delivered within 10 business days of receiving your PDF.

Options:

  • A sample proof can be mailed to you after step 3 is completed: Free for US mail, $40 for next day air delivery.
  • Full color on the inside: Additional $0.30 / box
  • B/W on the inside: Additional $0.05 / box
  • Glued side tabs instead of self locking side tabs: Additional $0.25 / box
  • Variable Data - print every box different with names, serial numbers, coupon codes, etc: Additional $25 setup charge.
  • Non Standard Designs and die cut knock outs: Call for a design quote for any box types not in our standard selection.
