Updates to Your Account as of November 25, 2019

We know that you have many options when choosing a printer, and we appreciate that you choose to work with CatPrint! To help simplify our ordering process, our team has been working hard to merge our Canadian and US websites. This transition will allow customers to keep all payment, addresses and order details within a single account no matter where the prints are shipping to. This will also allow all international addresses to be entered directly through the website.

With this merge, some changes can be expected regarding our shipping process. Canadian and other international shipping rates will reflect the actual cost of shipping. Our software will search multiple carriers to automatically determine which has the lowest rate for your selected delivery date. In addition, we will no longer be collecting taxes or duties for each order. Customers will now be responsible for these costs.

The merge will be implemented starting November 25, 2019. With this update, all orders previously placed through the CatPrint Canada site will be available to reference only.
