Order Issues and Support
At CatPrint, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, please get in touch with us so we can work with you to resolve your concerns. We will gladly reprint any order due to an internal error or if it does not meet our quality standards. To be eligible for a reprint, you'll need to contact us within 10 days of receiving your prints.
Please note that due to the natural shifting of our cutting and finishing machinery, a margin of error of up to 1/16th of an inch can occur during the print production process.
If your order was damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of receiving your prints by emailing support@catprint.com. Include a photo of the damage, your order number, and the number of affected prints so we can have them reprinted for you as quickly as possible.
If your order does not meet your expectations and you prefer not to have it reprinted, we may be able to offer a refund. Please reach out to us within 10 days of receiving your order to discuss the next steps.
Please review our Content Guidelines before placing your order. CatPrint reserves the right to cancel any full or partial order that does not comply with our guidelines.
We strongly encourage reviewing your Order Confirmation email and contacting customer service promptly if you have any concerns. CatPrint cannot be held responsible for typos, incorrect printing specifications, or design errors and cannot guarantee cancellation or modification of an order once printing has begun.
